Our Story - Patient 1st | Practice 1st | and now, Family 1st

With humble and selfless beginnings, Richard Slade, (Psychologist, Financial Manager, and Entrepreneur) is the owner and director of HeroMed.Online. He quite quickly came to know that his greatest hero and support in his life, is his wife Tracy - an incredibly passionate and dedicated physiotherapist! When Tracy started her hospital practice, she relentlessly worked 16 to 18-hour days, only to come home and continue with fervor to be the corner stone to the family structure. Her passion and efforts were rewarded with more referrals, practice growth and all those wonderfully tedious admin tasks that come with managing a hospital based business/practice… she needed help! The solution to the chaos is certainly software (and some talented staff of course). However, when they looked for software, they found that everything was built for specialist surgeons or GP’s, and secondly it was all stand-alone… separate bookings, separate notes and separate billings. So even if you wanted to go digital, it was completely ineffective.

The power-duo decided to create HeroMed with the objective to pull in as many practice management components as possible, all into one place.
