How Does Billing Work?

Our subscription and extra users are predictable and billed monthly in advance, providing forecasted costs for your core services. Pay-per-use items, such as EDI, Locums, SMS or certain ad-hoc features, are only billed at the end of the month because we can only calculate those once they've occurred.

Are There Any Setup or Hidden Fees?

No hidden fees - transparency is our policy. We don’t charge onboarding fees for standard setups. However, if you require custom configuration or advanced support, a once-off setup fee may apply. This is rare and always quoted upfront if needed.

How Many Devices Can I Use?

You can use HeroMed on unlimited devices. Whether you're on a desktop, tablet, or mobile - at the clinic or on the move - there’s no extra charge per device. We keep pricing simple and effective, charging only per user or locum.

Is There a Free Trial?

Absolutely. We offer a 14-day free trial with no obligations, no credit card required, and full access to HeroMed's features. It's the perfect way to explore the system and see how it fits your practice before making any commitments. If you decide not to continue, there’s nothing to cancel - your trial simply ends.

How Do Cancellations Work?

You can cancel monthly subscriptions at any time with one full calendar month’s notice—no hassles, no penalties. If you're on an annual contract, it will renew automatically each year and must be seen through to the end of the term before cancellation.
